At SOFCO, our food bank program is dedicated to providing essential food supplies to individuals and families facing hardship. We believe that no one in our community should go hungry, and we work tirelessly to ensure access to nutritious meals.
What We Provide
Our Food Bank offers free emergency food parcels to those facing financial hardship or food insecurity. Each parcel contains a balanced selection of non-perishable items, fresh produce, toiletries, and household essentials.
We also offer friendly, judgment-free advice and signposting to further support services.
Who Can Access the Food Bank?
Anyone living in Newham or the surrounding areas who is in urgent need of food is welcome. Whether you’re dealing with:

- Loss of employment or benefits delays
- Supporting a low-income family
- Or simply finding it hard to make ends meet
